Something comfy to wear while you sweat
You should hydrate with at least 8 ounces of water to prepare your body for an increase in core temperature.
Don't forget to come 10-15 minutes before your appointment for new customers.
Bring plenty of water and something to wear into the sauna; a bath towel, swimsuit whatever makes you the most comfortable.
You can wear a swimsuit, or wrap a towel around yourself.
Each session is 40 minutes, but you are welcome to start with a shorter session and work up to 40 minutes as your body tolerates it.
NOTE: You can discontinue your treatment and exit the sauna at any time. You should listen to your body and be aware of excessive detoxifying. If you begin to feel symptoms such as nausea, fatigue, or flu-like symptoms during your treatment, discontinue use immediately. If these symptoms continue, consult a physician.
- You can do a variety of things during your treatment. Sit and relax, or entertain yourself with something on Netflix, Spotify, etc. on the built-in system. Or listen to the radio, the speakers are Bluetooth so you can link your phone to them as well.
- One session will leave you feeling amazing. But, similar to exercise, the more you do it, the better the results. Recommended use is 3 times per week for 30-40 minutes. But you can certainly go 4-6 times a week if you would like a more aggressive results. It is good to also schedule your session after a workout or even after a massage.
Drink at least 24 ounces of water or electrolyte to rehydrate.
Dry off with a towel and let your body cool down naturally. We recommend waiting an hour after your session before you shower. It usually takes about an hour for your core temperature to naturally to cool down.
